Last night when we talked to Charlie I said "has it only been two weeks"? - We all agreed that it feels much longer. For Vinnie and I because we miss him and for Charlie it feels like a lot longer because he is learning and experiencing so much!
The days at YWAM ¡HOLA! generally start with Bible Study at 5:00 am and do not end until 10:30 pm. Lectures, worship, and study time are intermixed with shared meals, chores, and workouts. One of the YWAM staff members used to be a pro-boxer, so the workouts are varied.
There are so many answered prayers already. The students are feeling quite at home, are growing together as a team, and are safe and healthy. The Lord is at work in big ways with these young people as they are training to share the Good News of the Gospel.
Thank you for continuing to pray for Charlie and his classmates as well as the leadership in Mexico City.
